Her venture began in 1981 when she embarked on her professional path by joining a foreclosure company in the Bay Area. After dedicating five years to this company, Sharisse made history by establishing the first African-American owned trustee company in the western states.

Through her trustee company, Premier Financial Associates, Sharisse provided foreclosure services to an array of financial institutions Including banks, credit unions, and private lenders. Her expertise in the real estate market and foreclosure industry continued to grow and evolve over the years, solidifying her reputation as a seasoned professional in the industry.

In 2017, with a wealth of experience under her belt, Sharisse made a bold decision to pivot back to her creative passions.
